• Modern Slavery Register — administered by the Department of Home Affairs
• Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)

While we refresh this data regularly, it may not reflect the most current status of any entity. Government source data is updated on varying schedules and CubeIndex does not guarantee that all information is current, complete or accurate.

Users should verify critical information directly with the relevant government source before relying on it for commercial, legal or compliance decisions.

The CubeIndex platform, its design, data compilations, software and content are owned by Cube Intelligence Pty Ltd (ABN 54 698 051 188). All rights reserved.

Underlying government data remains the property of the respective government agencies and is subject to their applicable licences and terms of use.

Automated scraping, bulk extraction or systematic downloading of CubeIndex data without prior written consent from Cube Intelligence Pty Ltd is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

ABN and entity data displayed on CubeIndex is publicly available information under Australian law. The collection and display of this data is consistent with the purposes of the relevant government registers.

Personal information collected from CubeIndex account holders is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
